30-Day Return Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging and documentation.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or our Contact Us page to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original packaging and documentation.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package to the provided return address.

Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Exchanges for a different size or product may be arranged based on availability.

Please Note:

  • Engraved or custom-made jewelry pieces are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
